2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, republish or resell the Site’s content or products except as allowed in these Terms;
  • use the Site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any account, or interfere with its security or performance;
  • upload or send viruses, malware, spam or other harmful material;
  • click on advertisements yourself or encourage others to do so, or generate artificial traffic or impressions;
  • use automated systems to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaks these rules.

3. Free resources and tools

We offer some tools, templates and downloads free of charge. Some of these are available only after you enter your email address. Free resources are provided “as is” for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or claim them as your own. We may change or withdraw free resources at any time.

4. Paid digital products

What you buy. Paid products are digital files or access to digital content (for example PDF reports, spreadsheet templates, Notion templates or offline HTML apps). Product descriptions explain what is included and the format. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery. After payment you receive a download link or access instructions by email and/or on the confirmation page. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email us.

Pricing and tax. Prices are shown on the product page. Taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. Payment providers

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad. When you buy through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and your purchase is also subject to its Terms of Service and Buyer Terms. Purchases through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad’s Terms. We do not see or store your full card or bank details. If these Terms conflict with a payment provider’s terms about the payment itself, the provider’s terms apply to that payment.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final, except as set out below.

  • If a product is faulty, the file will not open, the download is missing, or the product is materially different from its description, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem.
  • We will first try to fix the problem by sending a working file or corrected version. If we cannot, we will issue a full refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • If you receive a refund, your licence to use the product ends and you must delete your copies.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same product are refunded on request.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

7. Licence to use our products

When you buy or download a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use or inside your own business. Unless a product page says otherwise, you may not:

  • resell, share, sublicense, give away or redistribute the product or any part of it, whether modified or not;
  • upload it to a marketplace, template gallery, file-sharing site or public drive;
  • present the product or its content as your own work, or use it to build a competing product;
