Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and save it as a Google Sheet. It also works in Excel 2016 or newer and Microsoft 365.
Which countries does it support?
Fee settings for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Turkey and India, plus a custom option. Every rate can be edited.
Are the Etsy fees up to date?
Default rates reflect Etsy's published fees as of September 2026. Fees change, so check them once against your own Etsy payment account; they're all editable in Settings.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the files.
Can anyone else see my numbers?
No. Your copy is private to you. We never see your data.
Is this tax or accounting advice?
No. It's a planning and record-keeping tool. The tax set-aside is an estimate to help you plan.
What if I have a problem with the file?
